Mr. Vineet Saini, the founder and President of Sarv Sambhav, brings over 11 years of professional experience, including 5 years dedicated to social work. Driven by a deep passion for creating meaningful societal change, Mr. Saini founded Sarv Sambhav with a singular vision: to uplift and empower communities through education, skills, and sustainable development.

Under his leadership, Sarv Sambhav has grown into a catalyst for positive transformation, focusing on key areas such as Financial Literacy, Women Empowerment, Environmental Development, and Skills Development. With a strong belief that every individual has the potential to succeed, Mr. Saini strives to provide tools, resources, and opportunities that help marginalized communities overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

Ms. Anita

Co-Founder & Trustee

Ms. Anita is a seasoned social development professional with over 15 years of experience, including a decade devoted to social work focused on women empowerment and community engagement. As the Co-Founder and Trustee of Sarv Sambhav, she brings a wealth of knowledge, grassroots experience, and visionary leadership to the organization's mission.

Throughout her journey, Ms. Anita has worked tirelessly to uplift marginalized communities, with a special focus on empowering women through education, economic independence, and leadership opportunities. Mrs. Ranjana Saini

Co-Founder & Trustee

Mrs. Ranjana Saini is a committed social advocate and educator with over six years of diverse professional experience, including two impactful years in the field of social work. As the Co-Founder and Trustee of Sarv Sambhav, she plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's vision of creating an inclusive and empowered society.

Her experience includes dedicated work in special education for children with special needs, where she demonstrated deep empathy, patience, and a strong belief in equal opportunity for all. This hands-on work continues to influence the values and approach of Sarv Sambhav. In addition, her vast knowledge of History brings a unique perspective to her work, allowing her to understand and address the roots of social inequality and advocate for long-term, sustainable development.
